Storage Instructions

It’s best to consume this Avocado Honey Smoothie immediately after blending it. The fine ice that is blended into the drink would melt the longer it is kept at room temperature, thinning the smoothie consistency.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 350 ml ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 3.5 tbsp fresh milk
  • 1/16 tsp salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado into half all around the seed. Using a spoon, scoop out the seed. Scoop out the rest of the avocado flesh.
  • Add ice into the blender.
  • Add the avocado, honey, condensed milk, evaporated milk, fresh milk and salt.
  • Cover the blender and blend until well-combined.
  • Empty into a tall glass and enjoy.
