Avocado Honey Smoothie
A rich, refreshing drink that's a perfect blend of ice, avocado, milk and honey. Add a sprinkling of salt and this breakfast smoothie is ready for you to start the day!

1 avocado 350 ml ice cubes 2 tbsp condensed milk 1 tbsp evaporated milk 3.5 tbsp fresh milk 1/16 tsp salt , to taste
Cut the avocado into half all around the seed. Using a spoon, scoop out the seed. Scoop out the rest of the avocado flesh.
Add ice into the blender.
Add the avocado, honey, condensed milk, evaporated milk, fresh milk and salt.
Cover the blender and blend until well-combined.
Empty into a tall glass and enjoy.
Tips
Avoid getting into the habit of using the knife to remove the avocado seed. Always use a spoon to scoop it out instead.
A little salt is added to enhance the taste of the avocado.
The drink is smooth and creamy, with a rich taste coming from the avocado.
